Shipping Policy
Free USPS shipping within the United States on orders over $49 (2-7 business days); $6.90 shipping for orders under $49.
Orders placed before 5:00 p.m. (UTC+01:00) are processed within 1-2 business days. Total delivery times are 2 to 7 working days.
Due to COVID-19, potential delays may occur. Please check for updated shipping times.
eSavingHub is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments. We will help you trace a missing package as much as possible.
Customs or import duties may be applied upon arrival in the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Handling and liability
Contact our support team immediately. If the order has not been shipped, the address may be corrected. Otherwise, reshipping charges may apply.
We are not responsible for untracked packages that go missing. It is recommended to choose a tracking option.
All orders are shipped within a maximum of 2 business days.

Refund Policy
We accept returns and refunds within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and in the original packaging.
Personalized items and gift cards cannot be returned.
To make a return, contact us at the following address: contact@esavinghub.com. Do not return your purchase to the sender's address without our consent.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Our payment gateway charges 5% of the item price as a transaction fee for all canceled or returned orders. A restocking fee of 10% of the item price will be charged for returned orders.
In some situations, only partial refunds are given if the item is not in its original condition, damaged or incomplete.
Contact our support team to obtain a unique customer code and return address. We will not take responsibility for items returned without this code.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an approval or denial email. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
